Makadara MP George Aladwa has defended Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho against claims he is out to fight MPs allied to Deputy President William Ruto.
He said Kibicho is an appointee of the president and should be left to discharge his duties.
Interestingly, ODM leaders suffered in the hands of Kibicho and the likes during 2017 polls as their Jubilee counterparts celebrated. Now the tables have turned.
This is the moment Njogu wa Njoroge is heard talking about Ndindi Nyoro while he was being arrested.A majority of those who heard Njogu's statement believe he betrayed the besieged MP.

Aladwa’s pronouncement comes a week after Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro was arrested by police after a tussle with Kieleweke MPs in a church in his constituency.
“This is therefore to come to the defence of Dr. Kibicho and ask the leaders to desist from undermining a public officer while doing his job. The PS is an appointee of the President and his only crime can be implementing President Uhuru Kenyatta’s policy,” Aladwa said.
He added; “It is unfortunate that MPs such as Ndindi Nyoro can go to a church and disrupt the service and when called upon to account for their misconduct, they point fingers at the PS and Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i,”.
The ex-Mayor said they will not allow government officers being undermined for discharging their mandate.
