Interior PS Karanja Kibicho who alongside three Cabinet Secretaries was accused of planning to harm Deputy President William Ruto has taken his boss head-on.
Kibicho has filed a complaint against Ruto at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), accusing him of harassment.
He reported what he termed continued harassment from the DP, saying at one point last month they had a squabble with Ruto at the JKIA.

Early this week it was claimed that Kibicho and CSs Peter Munya (Trade), Joseph Mucheru (ICT), and Sicily Kariuki (Health) held meetings at La Mada Hotel along Thika Road plotting to assassinate Ruto but they defended themselves saying the agenda was about how to develop Mt Kenya region.

They were summoned by DCI but Kibicho appeared there as a complainant and not to face interrogation.
